Hello fellow McDonald's worker here. Me and my mother ordered McDonald's and asked to modify the order, I understand that you may want to keep your times down, however it gave the manager no right to be as angry as she was, it was quite disrespectful. Manager of the day was on Thursday at 11:40pm.
Employees are super friendly and hardworking. Most mornings even if it's busy I get thru the drive thru really fast. It's faster if you use the mobile app and you earn points for free food down the road. But it's McDonalds, expectations are everything, it's not going to be luxurious
