This particular location seems to always have a new staff screwing up my orders, i have had to send e-mails into Spangles headquarter and they have taken care of me by sending me free food coupons which may not solve the in-store problem but has made me feel better. I live in the neighborhood near by and it has always been hit and miss w/ my orders, especially when it comes to the ice cream. But that being said the food has always come out to me hot and fresh at least.
Service has really gone downhill in the quality of food.The hamburgers are old and crusty, not fresh and juicy, but yet you still wait forever for your food.
