Went through the drive thru at 1:25 on 8/7 and the woman working the dive thru (I believe her name was Shannon) was incredibly kind and is good at her job. I have previously been to this location and not had the best experiences with the employees (being rude, cutting you off while you’re trying to order). The last two times I’ve been in they have been very kind. The service has greatly improved and I will frequent more often because of the kind employees.
First time since the remodel. Looks great, staff was friendly and polite.
Came around 12:30 for lunch and was greeted at the drive thru window by Sanai. She was so friendly and she had the biggest smile on her face. She took my order at the window as she could not hear through the drive through speaker. I did not even wait 5 minutes for fresh food and she handed my drink out right away. Best experience I have had at a LJS in a long time! Thank you for the pleasurable visit, Sanai! I will be back soon.
