The food is usually good but just cold and old. The people in the drive-thru are so rude and if you ask them a little question they get rebellious. When you dine in, the workers are usually nicer. The fries sometimes have like no salt or sometimes they have way too much it's never in between but other than that the food is good overall.

Somebody needs to "secret shopper" this location because it seems like every time I pick up an order, there's something missing, be it fries, a burger, a specialty order done wrong. Genuinely, 6 of the last 7 orders I've picked up have had at least one missing item and when I return to get that item, the employees have a pretty unfriendly attitude about it.

Even though Google has their hours as 6am to 10pm for lobby and 6am to 12am for drive thru they closed the lobby at 8:35pm. It did not look like they were short staffed either. Employees were standing around talking not busy at all. Not a good way to drive up sales and grow your business.

All I ordered was 13 cookies, I know for sure they already get the cookies made and cut out already. So why did it take 10-20 mins of waiting just for a worker to be on a phone call while bringing them out to me? It was some younger girl with black hair….just incase McDonald’s see this review….not very happy🙄 plus the ppl that were ahead of us weren’t happy either for having to wait so long for their order too as they went inside and bitched and talked to us as well.

My mother lives on a budget, treats herself to a sausage egg biscuit once a month. I was starting the weekend to help around the house and she treated me also . She went through the drive through and ordered two sauce egg biscuits and when she got home to enjoy her treat... No sausage not on either one of the sandwiches...

Closes lobby before they are supposed to per their own signs then holds up the drive thru for over half an hour for what?? To lollygag inside?? Closed 90 minutes early or earlier in lobby and only have 1 lane open cause the employees are LAZY
