Had an issue with my order not coming through on there system, but the assistance manager there did a really good job at fixing fast and while maintaining wonderful customer service even while super understaffed. Greatly appreciated the extra effort to the issue

This morning, I went through the drive thru, had trouble using my mobile app, the lady taking my order was very kind to help assist with my order. I was greeted when I first placed my order and at every other window. My order was accurate and made to order. I'm very impressed, I don't normally give reviews but this location deserves recognition. 😊

go here for my lunch breaks often, food is always good and staff is always nice! but 2 days in a row now they haven’t given me my chicken nuggets for the $5 meal deal. other times i’ve had to walk in after the drive through because i didn’t get everything. i typically don’t have time to go back, so my money is just wasted.

Went there and got 2 spicy mcchicken lrg dr pepper and coke and it took over 30 minutes just to get our order out. Everytime I drive by the drive through line is around the store. Saw worker just wondering around or just standing not doing anything, even smoking in the store. This mcdonalds is trash and I do not recommend anyone ever go.

Terrible customer service! Went through the drive thru and was met with attitude and an employee who looked like they were ready to leave for the day and I was the unfortunate person who happened to be helped by her. I never go to McDonald’s and this experience will ensure I never go to this one in the future.

Literally the slowest MacDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. If it's after 8pm expect to wait in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes. Each car will take at least 10 minutes. It would have been faster to go to a restaurant to sit down and order food. Unbelievable.
