this McDonald's is easily one of the consistently worst in the entire metro area. clearly the owner doesn't care about running a business that patrons can have a moderately good experience with. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order that I already paid for. when nobody ever even spoke on either drive thru speaker, I finally pulled to the window where a young man told me they weren't taking orders at all! they were far too backed up!
