So I ordered using the app, carryout. When I went inside to grab my items, they were behind, but very apologetic.Phones were ringing like crazy, people inquiring about their orders, again they were very apologetic.All this was on New Years Eve.Thank you for not being rude to us, even though some customer were, thank you for working hard and doing your best!!!
Food is always great. Recently though, some management is not. Last time I was there, I was waiting for my food to come out, and was eating my pizza that came out first. The manager named Marie was screaming at an employee about an order, then turned a couple minutes later to berate another over "not helping" even though he was on the line making my order. Me and the other people waiting were staring at her while she was going off for 20 minutes ? I can only imagine how embarrassing...read full review
