Failure on the electronic order! They don't easily allow you to customize the big breakfast with bacon instead of sausage. Also slow service. Only the nice gal at the counter got you a two star.
If you're going to have both drive through lanes open late, then use them. I had three people's order taken from the main drive before I was asked. And that's after sitting at the speaker for 15m

I don’t know about the previous people who made the reviews poor, but I live down the street I don’t come here often.
