They did great! So far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to.
McDonald's has lost their touch. Their food was never meant to be the quality. It is meant to be cheap. That's not the case anymore. The environment's poor customer service stinks probably at any McDonald's
It has been difficult to have a decent experience at this location across multiple visits. On my most recent visit, I had a mobile order and was only given a large fries at the window, without the cheeseburger that was part of the order. When I checked my food before leaving the drive-thru and asked for the rest of it, the employee seemed annoyed and handed it over abruptly.
The service made for a frustrating experience, and I'll be avoiding this location going forward.

One customer experienced cold food in the games area and a delayed, incomplete delivery, but appreciated the manager’s apology and explanation. The drive-through mobile ordering process can experience delays too, and some customers have had difficulty reaching the restaurant by phone. Despite these problems, the restaurant is known for providing fresh food and friendly service, driven by managers who keep employees updated to ensure customer satisfaction.
