Placed an order for a supreme pizza and got a plain cheese pizza instead. I called to let them know, they said they would send another. Over an hour went by, still no pizza. Called again, they said it was on its way. Another hour went by, still no pizza. Ordering from Dominoes next time.

We placed an order at about 6:45 pm and unfortunate circumstances occurred where our food arrived almost 3 hours late. Michelle, went above and beyond to try and help us get our order and even delivered it herself to really make up for it.

So I ordered using the app, carryout. When I went inside to grab my items, they were behind, but very apologetic.Phones were ringing like crazy, people inquiring about their orders, again they were very apologetic.All this was on New Years Eve.Thank you for not being rude to us, even though some customer were, thank you for working hard and doing your best!!!

Two of last three times our order has been incorrect. Call the restaurant and the manager says we accept the order so they can’t/won’t do anything.Been customers for past four years and never had issues before. Food quality and portions have gone down dramatically. Must have a new GM that is running this place down. I know we are done with them.

They sent out my food twice being wrong and the third time it was cold and nasty and I didn't get the extra meat I asked for I'm very disappointed with the whole situation.

Food is always great. Recently though, some management is not. Last time I was there, I was waiting for my food to come out, and was eating my pizza that came out first. The manager named Marie was screaming at an employee about an order, then turned a couple minutes later to berate another over "not helping" even though he was on the line making my order. Me and the other people waiting were staring at her while she was going off for 20 minutes ? I can only imagine how embarrassing that must be for the employees, and it certainly drives away business. She needs to be fired and/or trained on professionalism and basic respect. I have literally never been to a restaurant where management is allowed to act so nasty and just gets away with it.

Very poor customer service! They don't care for doordash drivers. The manager said " they can wait for hours we need to take care of our drivers not them!"
Ordered online, Mike in Front of house was great all employees were smiling even with having a drive through line! The 2 mins. I spent in the store, line was completely gone!!! Mike showed me my food even asked if I wanted peppers and cheese food was super awesome too!!! I'd definitely recommend too a friend this spot

The pizza tastes old. Not fresh. Bread sticks tasted fresh made and they were good but the lady tried to not give me a marinara sauce for them. Which by the way, how do you give one little cup of sauce for an entire thing of bread sticks ? How does that even make sense to pizza hut ? Have you seen the portion difference? You definitely won't lose too much money giving adequate sauce to customers........ They were obviously extremely busy and overwhelmed even though no one was in the store. Bad location overall. Bad pizza.
