The worst McDonald’s in Wichita and has been since this place has opened. Where you find these rude employees. Did not received a quarter pounder and the rude lady said it was not paid for even though it was on receipt. Guess they cannot read either.

One manager is Super Nice, friendly and smiling. If she's not there, it's not a McDonald's. Owners has their office phone number on the Door. It's a recording, they NEVER Call Back. Too bad. That place would do a lot more business if it were run right!

I ordered on the mobile app through the drive thru which went okay. However, my fries we recalled and my large drink made correctly with no ice was only carbonated water and there was no syrup.. The quarter pounder was fine. Tried calling the restaurant for over a half an hour and the line was constantly busy. I'll be more mindful of where to order in the future.

I live down the street and every time I come to this McDonald’s or about 85% of the time they get our order wrong!!! They really need management to get a hold of the place!! Very frustrating getting home and noticing our meal was wrong and can’t check what’s in the bag when they just throw the fries on top of everything!!!

Went through drive through, was asked to pull aside for other half of my order. Handed Me kid’s meal and his ranch wasn’t there. When young black girl with long braids came wymy meal I said my grandson didn’t get his ranch dip. She just looked at me went back inside never did bring up ranch. Stepped inside for the ranch the girl was in back no intentions on bringing us ranch outside.

Okay if a McDonald’s is said to be open 24 hours a day, then they should open 24 hours. If it’s not then just specify that, but my big back wanted a quarter pounder and they were closed because they were “transferring to breakfast” which is fine, but this McDonalds is not open 24 hours and everyone should know before they waste their time.
