“Took my daughter there for lunch. The food was fast, delicious, fresh & reasonably priced! The cost isn’t much more than disgusting McDonald’s food. I wish there was a Meddy’s a little closer to us in Haysville!“

“The whole family liked this place. My daughters got the kids kebobs with fries, they liked the chicken better than lamb. My husband loved the gyro. I got a gnocchi with chicken and it was so good and I liked the bread on the side too. My son had the salmon, he loves all salmon dishes. We were just passing through on the way to Texas. Wish they had this place in our area.

The wife looked at me crazy, but I had to try a few things and very happy I did. Fresh and excellent taste. Also artichoke dip. I loved the pita breadbut wasn’t a fan of the chip it was super hard and i couldn’t really bite through it. Otherwise it was also fantastic. I opted for that trio kabob with mushroom risotto and veggies which were cooked perfectly. The brandy sauce and peppercorn something or other weren’t my favorite and i’m glad i chose them on the side. However the kabobs were cooked perfectly and the steak was so easy to chew. Kudos to the staff for keeping the place super clean and organized and the kitchen crew for making some amazing dishes this evening!“

“Hidden gem in Wichita. This is the best Mediterranean food I have found. Everyone in the building treated us like family, possibly the best experience we’ve had in a restaurant. We ordered several things to try and were not disappointed with any of it. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.“

“I have been here three times over the course of 10 years and not many restaurants have left much an impression compared to Cafe Bel Ami. The food has always been amazing, the texture and flavors are well balanced. I am happy I got to try this place once more before they hopefully relocate. “Waiter was great. Food is always good. We love the duck wontons. My vegetarian enchiladas are always a good choice. My husband loved his lamb burger although he mentioned there was a little too much cheese on it. My sister had the pork chops which were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The carrots and mashed potatoes were the perfect sides. My brother in law had the fajita bowl and loved it. The carrot cake was so good ending the meal perfectly. The whole experience is why this is my go-to restaurant.“

“Asian bazaar grocery and cafe usually display expiration dates on their products, which is a positive aspect. Also, every Friday and Monday, they sell fresh vegetables such as common beans, bitter gourd, lemons, etc. However, they don’t always have every spice in stock—sometimes it runs out. Their store carries popular Bangladeshi brands like Radhuni, Pure, Pran, Deko, and Danish, as well as Shan’s various spices, pickles, and ginger-garlic paste. Sometimes, you can also find Chinigura rice there. Moreover, if you look carefully, you might find bed brooms and utensils. I particularly like their dry cakes and cake rusks (Rehmat-e-Shereen). Occasionally, they even carry fresh Bangladeshi fish.
Lately, the taste of their cooked food has improved compared to before, especially when we pre-ordered their Iftaar items. The chola bhuna, piyaju, beguni, and biryani were all delicious and everyone praised them.
