We were first-timers. All the staff was amazing, helping with suggestions and being patient while we ordered. My son didn't like the potatoes he got (which were amazing to me) and one of the employees got him some fries to replace what he didn't like. Great experience!
Meddys is one of my favorite go-to restaurants in town. The food is great, the service is always very good and attentive, and the restaurant always has a good atmosphere. During the warmer months you can expect live music on the patio as well, which can be nice. My only complaint is that the prices have increased a bit over the years, but I always feel the ingredients and food are very fresh, so I suspect that has something to do with the increase.Overall, Meddys is a great place...read full review

Thank goodness for Meddys. We have been so dissapointed eating out around town lately but we always know we can get a great meal at a fair price at Meddy's. My wife always gets a lamb platter and I don't even like lamb but it's good. I get different items every time and never dissapointed. The kids always eat whatever we give them.
