I ordered for the first time from your establishment tonight. Just a simple steak mashed potatoes and side salad. It came just perfect. It’s perfect size for two meals for this older single lady. Actually four meals because I will get two lunches out of the salad and that means a lot to me being retired. I didn’t have to cook or clean anything up either. Whoever was wearing a black sweatshirt from the brand “Pink” was touching food with the same gloves on that she was also using to touch her phone.
Not to mention she was so rude when a member of my group asked about an item being gluten free, doesn’t look like I’m the only one that has had issues with her either.
My husband and I went there for lunch and we each ordered a salad, he also paid extra for chicken on his salad. They brought out his salad only without the chicken. I went up three times to inquire about my salad and the chicken. They never brought us our food. When I asked for a refund, they did not seem concerned, never apologized, did not offer any compensation, and only refunded my salad. Extremely poor customer service we will not be returning.
