My wife and I took our three young kids there for lunch, five people total, and the experience unraveled at every step. From ordering to receiving food, it took about 25 minutes for two sandwiches, two kids pizzas, and a mac and cheese that never arrived. And unfortunately, the wait was only the beginning.
