Just like the East side it is amazing. Will come here again and again.

Ninza has to be one of my favorite sushi joints in Wichita. They always have fresh sushi, good drinks, and their hibachi is delicious so wife and kids are happy. 10/10 give this place a try. West side is better (imo) than east side but I’m biased. Enjoy!

The food at this place is magnificent, always clean, and the staff are very kind but
We got there five minutes after they opened on a Sunday and it took us 15 minutes to get seated. Once seated 15 minutes later, we did not even have our waters or we were not even greeted yet. Where I have the problem is that I looked up where they were making the food and they had half a dozen large to go orders ready to go and a full lobby of people.
I believe this mediocre review I’m giving is warranted because correct me if I’m wrong, but I would think diners should have priority over Collins and Uber eats. Matter of fact, they should stop taking online orders, Uber eats, etc. once the lobby starts filling up. We are going there for an experience, not just food and by making someone wait an hour to eat, it’s not a good experience.

I came for a solo Mother's Day lunch, that my son's gave as a gift today. I don't know why the servers switched after I ordered my meal or why the new server kept asking me if I wanted anything else (every 2 minutes). I felt rushed, which was weird because the restaurant was empty. I love the sushi & drinks here and I just wanted to read and enjoy an easy meal but today's service has me wanting to find a new sushi spot. I am still here as I'm doing this review and instead of getting another drink I asked for my check and she rushed me to get that back! Like ma'am, your tip is in here!!!

Yummy food.... Quiet and quick service

So yummy and the food is very well made.

Went downhill when it moved across the street. No presentation on the plates, rice was overly dry and the salmon skin roll was slimy. Had to ask for wasabi and regular soy sauce.

The food was great, the staff were quick and nice. The place seemed very clean and well put together

Had a great experience and went during Happy Hour which had some great sushi options at a great price plus tempura. Kid loved it and thought it was the best sushi place in Wichita.

Dinner for two. Japanese whiskey and combo plates. Everything was good. Service was efficient.

We ordered food here tonight and someone else came and picked up our order. Apparently whoever came and picked it up called and said they grabbed the wrong food and were going to bring it back. We were told that the chef wanted us to take the returned food INSTEAD of them making new food! What?! We just spent $100 on this order and because you don’t feel like making it again after someone else grabbed it, we take home food that’s already been opened at someone’s else’s house? No thanks. Won’t be going back.
