Ninza has to be one of my favorite sushi joints in Wichita. They always have fresh sushi, good drinks, and their hibachi is delicious so wife and kids are happy. 10/10 give this place a try. West side is better (imo) than east side but I’m biased. Enjoy!

We got there five minutes after they opened on a Sunday and it took us 15 minutes to get seated. Once seated 15 minutes later, we did not even have our waters or we were not even greeted yet. Where I have the problem is that I looked up where they were making the food and they had half a dozen large to go orders ready to go and a full lobby of people.

I went for the first time with my daughter at opening on a weekday. It was quite and great atmosphere. Also our waitress was extremely kind and answered our questions and made sure we wher good. The food came very quickly and it was so delicious and fresh. I can't wait to go back and try different sushi! Very well priced for the quality.
