My husband and I took our autistic son out which thanks to the amazing staff they have, we were all able to enjoy our time lol! We had the honor of getting one of the managers Taylor who made our experience amazing!! Would highly recommend

Went in tonight around 630, they were busy and had a small wait.no big deal, it was expected. We were seated, the waitress Jordyn came 5-10 minutes later to ask what we wanted to drink, my girlfriend and I told her the drinks and before we could order an appetizer she took off in a hurry. 10 minutes after she came back with the drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered a blooming onion, sirloin steak, ribeye steak and side salad.. i asked what dressings they had and she stated "all dressings under the sun" (with an attitude) i ordered balsamic vinegarette.. the salad came out with olive oil by another server. We waited and when the blooming onion came out, I nicely told her about the mistake. She came back with balsamic vinegar, and said "does that look better?" I just said screw it... steaks came out from a nice gentleman and off he went.. 10-15 minutes later our server came back and asked if we needed anything while looking at empty glasses. We asked for steak sauce and refills. She asked 57 or a1? We both agreed on 57... she comes back out and sets down a ramekin half full of heinz 57.. we have two steaks and one is a 13oz bland ribeye I ended up leaving 3/4 on my plate. I asked for the ticket soon after.. as she was walking up I reached for my wallet and she sat the ticket down and took off in a hurry as usual. We werent happy with our server let alone the food we were half butt served.

Shout out to our server Manna for making this an enjoyable dinner. Customer service is so hard to find these days but she was kind, friendly and paid attention to the details. The food was very good: we were happy with everything!
Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive gluten free menu that offered many options and our server went out of her way to ensure that my food restrictions were handled.

Last night, my friend and my niece, disabled 9 year old nephew, daughter, and I all went to outback in Wichita Ks. There was a male employee who was loudly rolling silverware and sitting across from us who relentlessly stared at us the entire meal. He made us extremely uncomfortable with the faces he was making and looking us up and down. I requested to speak to the manager so we could move tables or so to have him move. The manager finally came by 15 minutes later and told us he was disabled and that he couldn't rectify the situation due to it being unsafe for him to be in the kitchen. I told him we understand people being disabled but it's not our job to accommodate him. That is the companies job and ultimately the management. It was a huge disservice not only to us as patrons but also to the "disabled" gentleman forced to roll silverware out in the dining area. The waitress Meagan was really kind and apologized profusely. She should be the manager of that location because I know she would have made the situation right! The manager gave us money off our bill, but we just left it to the waitress as a tip. We weren't looking for a free meal or money off. We just wanted to have a good experience, and it was absolutely miserable!!! We packed up our meal and left before we even ate much. Please investigate this manager. He is not mature enough or professional enough to be in his position. Sadly, I don't trust to ever come back to this location because we were traumatized!!!
