She asked multiple questions, what I would like and ensuring I was provided every option there was. She even asked at the end if I wanted a water because she knew I had just come from a walk. Kind of a bougie place. Food is so-so. They don't clean well-bathrooms often have no paper. They run out of certain items. Definitely not a place for a large family.

The soups are unsurpassed. I can’t possibly duplicate the recipe and flavor. Their Autumn Squash has been magnificent ! Just wish it was offered year round. My husband says their tomato soup is the closest to what he had in Scotland that he really loved. We get it all the time!

I love Panera, but in the past few months this location has done some egregious things. 1. July 23rd I did a rapid pickup and they forgot my sandwiches. When I called the manager promised a gift card and now it's October and I never received one. In that same order I got 2 chocolate croissants which were barely baked and tasted like unbaked dough. 2. Today I ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels of which over half are under baked and mushy. I have grown up loving Panera and I loved this location, but this year something is not going well.

The food and services great 👍, but the Atmosphere kinda going down probably the new location took away their customers .
Food good as usual and coffee better than most places (cheaper too being a sip club member). I overheard the manager/supervisor RACHEL 9/30/2025 talking to a new employee about how to keep the place clean and customers pleased while at Panera. I cannot state enough how professional and appropriate she was while talking to the new employee!! She was not condescending and explained duties and expectations better than some CEOs of companies I have heard give speeches.
If the store owner/franchise representatives read this review, do what you can to grow and keep employees like Rachel around.

Would love to see this Panera become all it can be! Great spot and kind staff, but usually I am waiting long in the drive through, my drink has been wrong several times, or overfilled/lid not on properly and spills on me. Still a loyal sipper!
