What truly sets this location apart is their commitment to excellence. The chefs pour their hearts into each creation, and it shows in the presentation and taste of every meal. It's clear that they take immense pride in what they do, and as a customer, I appreciate the love and care that goes into every dish.

I went in to get cookies and one girl working would not acknowledge me. When I asked her if I could get some cookies she became very irritated and become argumentative with me. Got my cookies and crammed them into a tiny box and toss box to me and turned her back. The lady behind me saw it all and said nobody must have shown up to work the angry employee was taking it out on me.

Want to try the new sandwich, asiago, bagel chicken sandwich. It was very good. I did a drive through pickup to be ready at 12:15. It was not ready by 12:30, so I walked in and had to get my own sandwich... Which, by the way, still was not ready. Hopefully, just a fluke.
Don't go if you're in a hurry.
It's my first visit there. We will have to try it a second time. Just in case it was a fluke.
BUT THE SANDWICH WAS VERY GOOD.

Stopped by for a pickup around 7pm today. Let's just say I was invisible to them.

Got a salad in drive thru but couldn't eat it. No plastic fork or napkins in the bag. That's kind of an automatic in the drive thru.

Door Dash screwed my order up today and tried to leave someone else's food with me. They refused to make it right so I called Panera and talked with Sarah to see if my food was still there so I could go pick it up. Sarah went above and beyond, and had one of their people deliver my food to my office, when Door Dash refused to make it right. Thank you to Sarah for being the bright spot in a day that didn't start out so great, and to the person who delivered my food with a smile!! THIS is what this world needs more of!

Great food, would love a gluten friendly option, but that's not their problem and I don't hold it against them. You can't please or cater to everyone.

It's not the Panera of the early 2000s. It's sad and broken, with overpriced meals, flavorless offerings and kind but slow service. I hadn't been in forever... and then recently went twice, both times a huge disappointment. My sandwich was actually disgusting, salad was not bad (but way too small for the price) and my daughter's macaroni and cheese was weirdly watery. Went thru the drive thru a few days later (had a gift card to use up) and it took quite a while to get two toasted bagels. (Sigh) I miss the good old days where Panera was a fab place to grab lunch.

Called in order for a 96 year old down the street at assisted living. They were great even gave some extra crackers and sweet tea.
