HOLY COW! What a great time. OK, listen. I'm not a chef (or a cook). My wife does 98% of the cooking at our house. I'm not an artist. I do love charcuterie, though! My college student son and I had so much fun learning about charcuterie and choosing our very own custom boards! We got to keep the glasses that created our meat roses with:) We tasted new cheeses, meats, fruits, crackers, and more before we chose what we wanted on our boards. I tried golden berries for the first time! So cool!
