“Paneras NE at Greenwhich and K96 in Wichita is my spot to sit in the sun 🌞 to get work done each day. The vibe is positive and friendly especially from the staff like Virginia and Vic at the front who are so kind to everyone who enters and Blair who fills orders with the customer care every store should emulate. Bellowing our the their names and always telling the customer upon pickup to have a nice or wonderful day. Awesome show of customer service and care.“

“Lilly approached me with a smile at the register, apologized for the wait (just a few minutes), and asked me how my day was. She asked multiple questions, what I would like and ensuring I was provided every option there was. She even asked at the end if I wanted a water because she knew I had just come from a walk. Absolutely great service and would definitely come back!“

“Been to this location several times now. Experience has been as expected each time. Staff was friendly and food was prepared correctly. This location is slightly further than another from my house but they do a better job, so I go here instead.“

“I called in an order this morning and asked if I could have a friend pick it up in the drive thru! Greg was very helpful when I told him I could not get the app on my phone to work. He took my order, let me pay with a gift card and had food ready when my friend picked it up. We ordered the strawberry poppyseed salads. They were delicious! The extra service from Greg was so appreciated!“
