Very bad experience with the manager Alex(was told that was Her name) couldn’t take no 100$ was all I had , so I had to get change come back and then nobody wants to answer while waiting in the drive through. just go to the pizza places down the street. This place has also messed up orders time(New York pizza) and time again .

Pizza was cold and undercooked. Delivery through doordash was later than promised and pizza was not kept in an insulated case. Driver was nice so not his fault. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

My family just left the restaurant. The RGM was working with one other person during the busiest time of day. People were very unkind to her. She was very sweet and delivered exceptional customer service. Wichita...DO BETTER. No one deserves to be yelled at over FOOD! THANK YOU to her and the other staff for making our dinner. We appreciate you!!

Ordered 1 pizza for delivery. Showed 25 minutes. took 50 minutes, called location and they had no reason for being late. Pizza was cold. No more business with them!!
Gross. Pizza was so under cooked, dough had zero brown on the bottom. No way to even hold the piece without your fingers going thru the dough. Stay away from this spot.

Thanks to amazing manager Alex, this will be our new go-to for pizza. We were hosting an event where the caterers (a different company) didn’t follow through. We needed lots of food quickly. I called this Pizza Hut and talked to Alex, whose quick thinking and amazing manager skills saved the day of our event. She was helpful, smart, kind, efficient and effective.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut 6505 E 37th St N #100, Wichita, KS 67226. My order was $12.99 and I picked it up at the store, but the employee left a $5 tip without my knowledge. This is robbery, this is a crime!
