Pho Cuong is a clean restaurant with a great location and quick service. The Bun Rieu dish is recommended, along with a side of baguette. While the large pho lacked flavor and was a bit pricey, the broth is sweet with regular pho spices, despite the poor quality of the meat. The pre-mixed hot coffee was satisfying, although missing the Vietnamese dripper presentation.
