I've tried every Pho place in Wichita. Pho Le's has the largest portions, best value, and just as good if not better than other Pho places in Wichita. I always order the Beef Pho and shrimp spring rolls. I have yet to find a place that beats the spring rolls here. The new location is renovated and beautiful. Don't hesitate to come here for Pho. I've been wanting to go to Pho Le's for a long time and I finally got to go with a group of my friends. It was my first time there and I took some of my friend's suggestions who's been there before but to my surprise I didn't fully like it. I rarely dislike any food. The broth was definitely good and so were the wontons. But the noodles was weird. It felt so rubbery. My friend who was sitting in front of me who got the same dish thought so too. My family and I enjoy their dim sum and Pho. This is the best dim sum and Pho in town! They have moved into a much larger space and are still make some adjustments but, overall, i will be there every Sunday with my family in hand.
