Amazing costumer service. They had got the directions for a pizza I ordered backwards, and excluded the marinara dipping sauce to the breadsticks. When I came in to get the order corrected all the employees I interacted with were super polite and friendly. I told them I only wanted a remake of my pizza only the correct way per directions, and a dipping sauce cup of marinara; but they gave me that and insisted on me choosing a refund or rebate on top of that. Extraordinarily good pizza at a great price! We ordered from the E 37th & Woodlawn location tonight and it was insanely good. Very fresh and loaded with toppings! We will definitely be ordering more from this location.
