Quick Service but trash food, decent 1st time couple months ago but now this is the 4 the time in a row our Pizza turned out to be a cracker with cheese on it... No sauce , looks 4 days old complete garbage for spending $40 - $50 for the entire family just to go spend more money cause nobody would eat it... Just look at the pizza and ask yourself does that look appealing.

The Manager at this Location simply does Not Care about Customer Service... which is Unfortunate since Pizza Hut used to place Importance on ensuring a Good Experience.We did Not receive our Order, nor did we have any Communication regarding as to Why...After waiting over 45mins past our Scheduled Delivery time and several Unsuccessful Calls later... I decided to Visit the location In-person to Speak to a Manager regarding our Order - since we had our entire Staff waiting for Pizza to arrive...The Manager's response as to Why our Order did Not make it to us was: "Man, we are really Busy...we had over 100 pizza orders Today and ever since we Switched to GrubHub only Half of them Make it out... so sorry it didn't Make it - I already Refunded it"...He then Turned around and Walked off.Though I understand the Fault may be with the GrubHub at Not Delivering our Order; I sure Hope at some point the Franchise owner Realizes there is a much Better way to Serve their Customers and Decides to place some Importance on better Training for their Employees, especially their Managers when Handling issues like this...Poor Customer Service!

The staff members on this day were cool.They can really keep a level head with a frustrated customer. I appreciate them.The store GM however needs improvement.Anyone running a PizzaHut who thinks it's ethical to close the lobby around 7, does not deserve the position they hold.It's just pissing customers off, and ruining your staffs night.My partner literally avoids this location primarily because of the lobby being closed unnecessarily, and being forced to wait in the drive through for cold pizza.It's pathetic.To the district manager, I hope you straighten out the troll that runs this place.Those kids don't deserve the headache.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had from any restaurant. We were charged for two pizzas but only got one. The pizza we received was missing chicken. They remade it, but added jalapenos instead of tomatoes and the crust was undercooked. They charged us for the extra pizza we asked for that we did not receive the first time around. The service was terrible. The guy was rude and angry and kept telling us to our face we were wrong despite us having clear evidence. This is a terrible franchisee location so the owner isn't going to care and they cycle through new employees every week because the working conditions are poor and they pay terribly. This falls on the shoulders of the manager and owner and they're going to blame the Frontline employees and take no responsibility. Pathetic.

Ordered pizza online got there to pick up took it home 2min away from there and pizza wasn't even hot barely any toppings on it even when we paid extra for it....took it back

Amazing costumer service. They had got the directions for a pizza I ordered backwards, and excluded the marinara dipping sauce to the breadsticks. When I came in to get the order corrected all the employees I interacted with were super polite and friendly. I told them I only wanted a remake of my pizza only the correct way per directions, and a dipping sauce cup of marinara; but they gave me that and insisted on me choosing a refund or rebate on top of that. I begrudgingly chose rebate as I was already satisfied that my order was getting fixed. I will definitely keep going to this Pizza Hut; and I would like to give a big thank you to the crew working the evening of 2/9/2023 as they were so amazing.

Not blaming the employees but it's like the food doesn't taste good anymore our cheese wasn't even completely melted I crust just had enough crust on it from being pan what you pay for and quality you get or not equal The customer service is great The staff there were nice and polite

Extraordinarily good pizza at a great price! We ordered from the E 37th & Woodlawn location tonight and it was insanely good. Very fresh and loaded with toppings! We will definitely be ordering more from this location.

730 on a Friday night, drive up to the drive through to order a taco pizza, she says they're not making taco pizza now, rude and unapologetic about it, back to Casey's we go.

Ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese, got all cheese. Paid extra for the cheese sticks and got cold bread sticks and cold sauce. Tried calling the store and no one answered.
