During my lunch visit. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to take our orders. The employees just kept walking past us ignoring us. We finally asked if anyone was going to take our order the guy at the drive thru told us to use the kiosk. He then proceeded to holar complaing they were short one person and it was there lunch rush . Then made a elderly lady use the kiosk her order came out wrong and he hollerd at her saying it was her fault. Bad service, bad attitude...read full review

Came between 7:00 and 730 to pick up something to eat on our way out of town. Went inside because drive-through line was long. I sat in the car while my husband went in. Drive-through continued to be slow and I waited over 30 minutes for him to come out with a very small order. You really need to hire more people or people that can work faster.

People working here were very nice, but they forgot to give me half my online order at the drive through, so I had to go inside to get it. Got home and almost my entire meal was the wrong menu items, plus some of it was just missing altogether. Major bummer. Will update if corporate gives me a refund.
