There was a time when Pizza Hut was the gold standard for pizza/pizza delivery. Now they have Grub Hub or whatever they are drivers delivering it. So the pizza is either cold or it's dry from sitting in the heating oven to long waiting for them to pick it up. This is the 3rd time in a row the pizza has been horrible. And for the price you have to pay nowadays, I'll pass. Which is really sad because I used to LOVE Pizza Hut. Nowadays it's better to get your pizza from a gas station than it is to get it from Pizza Yuck.

The wings were done well. Tasty. Can't beat the price. 20 wings for 10.00!!!

This pizza hut is notorious for mistakes while delivering. 3 seperate occasion where my order just never arrives & if your using the app like I did, then there’s no way to contact, get help, make it right, etc. When you pay for a service, like delivery, where you’re tipping before the delivery, then you’d hope the order shows up.

Second time I ordered food and got here and there’s people inside that see me knocking at the door, trying to get my order and nobody comes to the door. These people are closing down this Pizza Hut damn near an hour before it closes. These people need fired.

Aaron manager wrote down wrong address. Order got cancelled because the delivery lady michelle could not make the delivery. Whack people working. the zip code of the address given could have not been a mistake. Who in their right mind would've make a delivery order living out of town. Lame excuse. My money better be refunded within time. The address I repeated a couple of times is in Wichita not Augusta. When the order was taken, the manager could have said, the address showing up Augusta, nothing was mention. Except delivery will be in 45 minutes. Whack excuses and incompetent workers running a good business. Pizza hut needs to check their employees.

Never really had issues here until tonight. Ordered online, chose pay at store. Got there, waiting in the drive through for quite a while. Was asked for my name no less than 6 times. Gave them my card, and when they gave me my receipt I saw they had decided to add a $7 tip for themselves. So when they came back to the window to tell me my order wasnt ready I informed them of the unauthorized tip. She looked at me like I was crazy and then gave me back cash for it. So make sure you are checking your receipts, I would imagine this isn't the first time they've done this.

Tried to pick up my order but it wasn’t ready. They asked me to park out front and wait, I did. For an hour. When I finally asked what the hold up was, they informed me that my order was marked as completed. I tried to get a refund but nobody in the entire establishment knew how to issue a refund, so they took my info and said they’d refund it when the manager came in. That never happened. I called and was told that it was credited back to my account, and that only the store has access to that information. That’s not acceptable. I will be disputing the charge and getting my refund one way or another.
