Spent $30 on pizza & dessert delivery. The pizza was burned around the edges (no melty cheese) and had a small clump of cheese in the center. I called and manager apologized and sent out a new one. This one had NO CHEESE. If the picture comes thru, the WHITE you see ISN'T CHEESE - it's the CRUST. Wasted $30, wasted time - won't go there again! I got better pizza for $7 at Dillons!

We were sitting outside way before 10:30 and the delivery driver pulls into a parking space next to us and walks in a locks the door way before 10:30 so we just went through the drive through , the lady took my money with pizza sauce all over her hands and my pizza was literally messed up ! I’ve never seen somthing like this before ! I will not be coming back to this location again

so i ordered a personal pizza and wings. from pizza hut and I also ordered a 2 liter, and a 20oz drink. The app said it should be delivered by 10:27. I placed the order at like 10. well at like 10:20 it said a dasher was delivering my order at 11:04 or something. So he shows up just before 11 and doesn't have my drinks. Well i tried calling the restaurant but they closed at 11. i paid in cash so the driver couldn't refund it on his own and I tried calling door dash support and they said they are experiencing issues with their system so they can't do any refunds until like 2am. So I will be calling both places in the morning to figure out how to get a refund and/or my items. If it was delivered at 10:27 like it was supposed to be, none of this would even be an issue. Also, my food was cold.

Called Pizza Hut to place a delivery order Took my name, phone number, address and he paused and said , he would call me back. Waited 15 minutes and no call back. I called the business back and the phone was answered and placed on hold immediately without being acknowledged. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes . So dominoes guess we will be switching too y’all.

Just glad I got the full order this time. The employee looked at me strange when I opened the pizza to make sure it was what I ordered. I banned the Hut for over a year based on I ordered a Supreme and instead took home a cheese pizza we discovered after we got home. Called and they said yes you ordered a Supreme but took all of the toppings off. That makes no sense where I come from but whatever.
