What happened. This large pizza original crust pizza 3 toppings I ordered online. It's worse than frozen Red Barron. Sauce was sparce, crust was flat tasting, and toppings were dreadful. I haven't ordered from them for a while. Is it the S Oliver location? Idk, but I don't want to waste 13$ on dreadful pizza. Those last pieces I threw out to the birds. I thought I might have help out some of nature's animals but think that maybe that I ended up treating the animals to cruel and unusual stomach cramping.

This location sucked. Bad, slow service and lack of attention. No parking for cubside delivery forces you to go inside and wait in line. By the time I got my 1 large 3 topping pizza, it was cold and I had to heat it up before eating it.

I give them a one star because that’s the lowest allowed but in real life wouldn’t even give them that. I’ve lived by them for years and every time they manage to screw it up. They are rude and have zero problem solving skills zero customer service and I’d rather die of starvation than to keep going there!

After it took Payton 5 min. To get ny phone number he then takes 10 min literally in the back looking for something they didnt even have and got my order wrong like you had 1 job
Came to pick up order that was supposed to be ready to find 5 others that were waiting for theirs as well. They are very disorganized and don't seem to care about customer service. Very disappointed.

I placed a order online on October 31st 2023 at 4:26 p.m. at your location at 1708 East Pawnee Wichita Kansas 67207. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Kathy. She was so nice and helpful. I could actually hear the smile and her voice. That's what I consider a good hire. Keep up the good work with your training and development of your employees. I see such an improvement. I'm very pleased

This place is not good at delivering what you ordered. Then called and talked to the guy. He said he put on list to get a pizza later. Called and talked to a lady named Brella, she would'nt give me her last name or corporates phone number. Refused to do anything to make it right. I will never go back. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut. I will call corporate and see what they can do.
