I placed a order online on October 31st 2023 at 4:26 p.m. at your location at 1708 East Pawnee Wichita Kansas 67207. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Kathy. She was so nice and helpful. I could actually hear the smile and her voice. That's what I consider a good hire. Keep up the good work with your training and development of your employees. I see such an improvement. I'm very pleased
I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut for a very long time. went and got a sandwich today and I want to thank the gentleman that cashed me out I do believe he was the general manager he was very friendly. way to go Pizza Hut
They lost a sale because they hardly ever answer the phones their app always has glitches and barely ever works the food quality not so great and their delivery fee is outrageous they don't even deliver their own food they have doordash do it and doordash only charges $4.99 compared to 6.99 from Pizza Hut. Delivery fees are just too high.

Pizza Hut at 1708 East Pawnee in Wichita, Kansas has friendly and helpful staff, with a special mention for Kathy's excellent service. Another location on Hillside provided free pizzas when the app didn't work, showing great customer service.
