Great food, but even better service! We placed an Uber Eats order and ordered a bakers dozen of their cookies. After we ordered we called to see if we could choose what types of cookies they sent (I was craving snickerdoodles) and they went above and beyond to turn back on their ovens and bake more snickerdoodles since they only had 1 left. Amazing service!!

What happened to you Planet Sub? I used to love your sandwiches but it's just not the same. I ordered The Planet Sub today and there was no sauce, no veggies, just a lot of bread and a little meat. I haven't been in 2 years but thought I'd give it another shot. Still disappointed. Won't be back.
