I went to Rene’s for the first time today (November 20th 2022) and ordered some food. The customer service was not great but that isn’t the issue, after getting the food home and my kid eating nearly all his food, we discovered a chunk of pointy plastic in his taco. We will not be returning.
I have been here 3 times and order the same order each time. A very simple order of 5 carne asada street tacos with cheese and cilantro. 2/3 trips I’ve got onion and cilantro and they say the same thing each time. “Sorry, we couldn’t understand you. Nothing we can do about it”. Not to mention the burnt tortillas and small portion sizes Of carne asada, just enough for one bite!
We went to one on West St. sorta late last night & we were very disappointed in the service! We will not be back!
