Road Runner Mexican Fast Food

Called in an order to the Oliver location. When I got to the restaurant that tried to gaslight me and tell me that there were no call-in orders placed in the last hour. That was a bold faced lie. 1/10 service, not impressed. I was ordering food for me and coworkers. Not cool, road runner. Please do better for future customers. I won’t be back.

Picked up a DoorDash in the morning. Employee was incredibly rude. Never greeted me, scoffed when i told him why i was there, slammed the order down, told me to go behind counter to get salsa and when i refused for sanitary reasons he aggressively grabbed the bag from me and shoved the salsa in then threw it back on the counter.
I'm a DoorDash driver but I've also a regular customer. It's disappointing to see people treat others this way. Service has been going down hill for awhile now and now it's bottom of the barrel.

I live in South Texas and the flour tortillas are the real deal….they are as good as you can get on the border!

Only used the drive-through. Their food is really good. They are fast, very good prices for the large quantities. I've tried their breakfast burritos and enchiladas. Best breakfast burritos I've had! Recommend you give them a try!

This place has gone down hill. It's no longer ran by hispanic people. They must have run out of gas stations to buy.

Had seen it but never stopped in before, had the Hot Cheeto burrito, thing was good lot of flavor! So much that I had to go ahead and order a carne asada quesadilla. That might have been going a little far. Delicious and I was definitely full!

I asked a friend to bring me 3 al pastor tacos with onion and cilantro only and when he comes back he brings me barbacoa because that's how they gave them to him. I go to the restaurant to ask them to change them and they didn't want to. Ok, it can happen. I buy the tacos again and now they give them to me with TOMATO, onion and cilantro. There's a reason I brought them, because I didn't want tomatoes and they serve them with tomatoes. You have to put a little more effort into the Maize Rd and 53th location.

I don't know where people been eating that good food or Mexican food. It must have been at another location other than maize. I've tried it a couple times the breakfast burritos,and combo. They are terrible not hot warm at best a little slow. Not Bland very bland. Being Hispanic and coming from a Hispanic background having lots and lots. Although there's differences. This is a whole different world of blend. Although if you use the hot sauces and other stuff I guess you could hide it. I've tried it even on food trucks, in the military,and on cruise ships.other cities and states. All of these other places good to very good. And close to authentic.
I heard there's other locations maybe I'll try them.. I'd like to try a couple more items of this place to see if there's a difference maybe it's just the breakfast burritos and combos that were very bland and no taste.
Want to give honest review to be fair. Want to get this Good stuff. Just want a good tasty Mexican restaurant food. Also needs to be clean,hands,handling of food,and cleaning of restaurant.

I eat here once or twice every week since they opened, and at the truck before that on meridian and 53rd. Have never found better Mexican fast food in Wichita than here. The owners are very friendly people. I moved here after living for 35 years in California and I know my Mexican food. Love you guys.

I go to road runner 1-3 a month in Wichita & I love it! Recently moved in the area and this Maize location is trash !!! Very disappointed I ordered a Asada burrito a mini meal that consist of one enchilada, one mini chimichanga, and two Taquitos. When I bit into my burrito, it was literally COLD! All my other food was tossed Into a container together… My enchilada had no sauce and big chunks of DRY chicken meat that was EXTREMELY salty MY TAQUITOS WERE FROZEN AND DEEP-FRIED AND NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY🚮 just a waste of my $20 buck honestly Hopefully they improve because the other locations are awesome!
