My name is Ruben and I have been a regular customer of yours ever since you were just the food truck, I have always enjoyed your food and when this location opened up that was close to us, me and my wife were so excited! We are a regular customer at this location guaranteed every Friday and spend at least 40-60$. Some of the staff even know my order because of us being a regular customers. Now with that being said I have NEVER had to deal with the service I received yesterday 6/6/25 8:00pm from an older heavier set lady, I paid for my large order and when I received the food I only received 2 tacos out of the 10 that I ordered and paid for and then was told that she did not know how to make a refund and that there was going to be a 10 minute longer wait to make the other tacos that I did not receive, at that point I asked if they could remake the other food that I ordered so it doesn’t get cold and soggy, I was told no and that she would have to charge me again for everything being remade! That’s is absolutely absurd and I did start to get irritated at this point, and I expressed my frustration to her. I kept it respectful however she did not! she said if I wanted my food then I needed to shut up and that I was already over the sauce limit, because it’s 1 sauce per 6 tacos! That’s crazy! I have never been told that before ever! I can say that my family is very hot sauce friendly, and we like a lot of sauce and we each have a different one that we like so yeah I do agree that it’s a lot but when I order 12 tacos and a super nacho and 2 rice 2 beans I don’t expect it to be an issue, especially since it NEVER has been until now with her. She humiliated me and caused a scene for her mistake! Unfortunately you will be losing a weekly customer Beto refuse to go in and order if she is working! We love and enjoy the fun and have loved seeing how much you have grown and have visited from every location! This unfortunate incident has truly saddened me and hurts me to even leave this review. Food excellent! service I wish I could give zero because of her!

The only reason I'm giving this a two star overall is because I ordered late night. The meat was chewy, tortilla soggy, and everything inside was a jumbled mess. I spat out the first bite I tried to take. Disgusting.

Very athetic, think they still have some bugs to work out. New restaurant cashier was funny. Very much a multi-tasker hard worker shorthand looked like.

The cheese inside of my cheese enchilada was cold, shredded cheese- not even melted at all. The service was fast and friendly but I could have made better by putting shredded cheese on a tortilla and microwaving it.

Not good food. The guacamole was gren slime, the chicken in the quesadilla was dry and tough. The "salsa" came in tiny tubs, about a tablespoon in a serving. I won't go back.

I like eating roadrunners food on my lunch break or when I don't feel like cooking. I gave 5 stars because in my opinion they have the best alpastor meat which I love to get in a torta and sometimes tacos.

Food is disgusting people that takes your order are rude instead of bringing your food to your table. They yell at you food is ready. I will give star should give one star I would say a zero I don’t know how people eat their food. It’s not totally Mexican food it’s Indian food besides, our food was cold by the time we got it also parking there’s no parking to park. Where is the door? Can’t find the door.
