This is the best and most authentic Vietnamese food in town. The portions are generous, service is great and restaurant itself is very clean.

Noodle veggie dish seemed very fresh, complex flavors. Highly recommend.
MAGNIFICENT!10/10im speechless. The pho has a truly excellent flavor profile. Everything is there, coriander, cinnamon, strong clove, bone broth particles floating in the broth, and the deep, deep umami at the bottom of the profile is a very strong and delightful foundation. The steak is good quality. The meatballs are the full-length preparation version which is always preferred, and they are quartered perfectly. The large size pho tai bo vien had PLENTIFUL steak and meatballs to the point I ran out of jalapeno and noodles to eat it with, which I am overjoyed by. So so good and perfect. The broth is only barely greasy on the surface which is fine. The spring rolls were quite good, the pork is excellent, the shrimp is fresh, and the wraps are tough, which I like, because its a delight to chew and linger over. I dont like basil or mint and the spring rolls have basil and mint rolled into them by default, but, I could definitely have asked for no basil or mint next time and it would be much better for me. The peanut sauce is good but not perfect. The real peanut sauce has been cut with powder-mix, or bottled peanut sauce, which isnt preferred but it was still deliciously good.Everything was fresh, clean, and sophisticated. I am so happy this restaurant exists, and I will be returning many, many times. Thank you so much for the hard work you put into this broth and meatballs! Dont change a thing! PERFECT SCORE!

I keep going back to Saigon Bistro! The food and service are always great - never had a bad experience - and they have a larger selection than most Vietnamese restaurants in town. This is the place where Wichita's Vietnamese community goes to eat, so you know it's authentic.
Our favorite spot was closed today so we decided to try something different and I’m fairly happy I did! Started out with egg rolls and i loved the egg rolls themselves but the sauce was WAYYY too pungent for me, really strong feet and fish smells that I’m not used to and I surly don’t mind it usually. On to the pho…..the greasiness was a little over the top, but the flavors were NIIICCCCEEEE, very delicious. Actually make me have to decide which I would rather have from this day on.

I eat pho about 4 times a week, my favorite place closed and I struggled to find another place that could compare, Saigon Bistro happens to line up for me. Absolutely delicious Pho, flavorful and fresh. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. I’m happy o say I’ve found another favorite Pho house.
I always enjoy eating here with my husband. The pho is outstanding and so is the service. I would highly recommend.

This restaurant is trying to accommodate their food to American tastes and palates but the food does not deliver flavor. The pho is the blandest pho I ever had in my life and the broth tasted like water. The spring rolls do not typically come with hoisin sauce as it is mainly sweet fish sauce. At least the food comes out fresh. Staff and service are neutral while the establishment is fairly clean. The best part of this place is their Vietnamese coffee and hot tea.
I liked the vibe of the place plus how fast the food came out. The food was mouth watering and I do wish they got more attention.
My mother and I had a horrible experience this evening here. We came in and sat where we normally sit and after a few minutes we were approached by a waitress. She said that we needed to move to the other side of the restaurant but was unable to clearly give us a reason why, she was flustered and stuttering. I told her I alway sat on that side of the restaurant to which she had no audible response. All the while, the owner was at the cash register with his head down and didn’t say a word! This was surprising since friends, family and myself have been customers since they opened, going on 10 years or more and ate there multiple times a week! Needless to say I will not return and will make sure my friends and family know of the treatment my elderly mother and I received since we weren’t told why we had to move other than it was close to closing time, it was 6:20pm and they close at 7:30pm. I will ad, it pains me to write this negative review on a fellow entrepreneur but the owners behavior and mistreatment cannot go unsaid. Especially, in a world with so much hate, you should treat others how you want to be treated!
Love it and highly recommend of your looking for great Pho and a nice place to step away
Rude owner and Horrible hour services. We came to support them since they have been closed for a long time. Their kitchen was having a problem so they temporarily closed for a few hours. They have a ghetto sigh on the door and it flipped we didn't see it. They left the key on their door so we just tried to give it back to them but the owner kicked us out like we tried to robbed them. Instead of saying they open back in 30 mins je just straight up took the key back and kicked us out. Maybe that's why you are not doing good with your business. Very unprofessional!
