What I like about Pho Special is they are always consistent. I always get the Pho Ap Chao or the Hu Tieu Nam Vang. It's literally a toss up which dish I'm ordering that day. lol.
Heard so manny things about this place and thought we would give it a try. Table for 2 grabbing a quick bite with an old friend. Table was dirty with sauce on it. We sat next to the Plexiglas, and it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Napkin holder was very dusty... Place needs to be completely cleaned.
