Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews

I tried coming in with my family for mother's day, but my son doesn't do the best in restaurant environments, with sensory issues and not liking the whole idea of being stuck in one spot for any amount of time and ultimately my sins dad decided we should just go as to not disturb other patrons, and the server who took care of our families table brought me a little red velvet pouch with a beautiful necklace inside it and I've been having a really hard time as j have issues with my own mother and just life and it really meant a lot. I didn't catch her name, but she deserves recognition for being so dang sweet and loving In that moment.

2nd time eating here. First time had burgers and they were fantastic. 2nd time had grilled chicken dish that was just okay. Service was good. The place is a little busy for my taste, but lots to look at and at least not tvs everywhere!

My husband & I showed up with our 2 kids about 6pm on a Saturday night (last night) we were seated instantly, however, getting our waitress who only had 3 tables total (I had seen the waitress/ table list with the dots indicating how many tables each server had) took a good 10 minutes. Took another 10 to just get drinks. Put our order in. A few minutes later, our waitress comes back saying kitchen is out of ribs. Ok no worries. It’s sucks. But no big deal. Ok. Order a hangover burger, burger came out cold, so did the surf & turf that was ordered. Now. Here’s the kicker. The server never came to check on us, I had to get the managers attention to inform her of the cold food. They did give us a discount which we weren’t looking for. But. The cold food caused my husband & the oldest kid to get sick as they have been throwing up/ had the runs since last night. This was the first time we’ve been there & it is certainly the last time. Please avoid this place at all costs if you don’t wanna get sick.
