I've been sitting here 25 minutes. Waiting...it's horrible. they told us it's still going to be at least another ten minutes. There aren't many people here. There are at least 7 people working inside. Most horrible experience. Sonic has gone so far downhill it's unreal. Oh, and pretty sure our car hop was higher than a kite. She could barely talk.
I went to this Sonic yesterday with my family for a late lunch. There was an issue with the Sonic app not showing that I paid.
The app and the store did not show I paid for the meal, but the MySonic Card showed the mobey was taken off the card.
The manager on duty used my phone to see what happened and at some point, transferred $10 off my debit card that is connected to the app to the MySonic Card. He did not tell me this (I saw the email later).
