My kids sing “Spangle’s, it just tastes nasty!” When the commercials come on. Food is ok, will not order burgers. They do not know the meaning of crispy bacon!!! Time after time of asking for crispy crumbly near burnt bacon, we always get rubbery bacon. I’m done with all Spangles!!!

A few months ago, the manager allowed me to set up my daughter party here. I was so thrilled she absolutely loves spangles. He made the experience one I will never forget. She had everyone singing Happy Birthday. We got to take fun pictures with her and her friends. It was perfect, especially when I was a single parent doing all this on a small budget. I didn't think things could be any better, then the manager brought her guest each coupon for free ice cream the next time they come to eat. Oh, then he made my daughter an honorary birthday girl employee giving her a name badge and taking pictures with some of the staff. Spangles and all of the staff were amazing.... thank you so much for making her day shine so bright!!

Every time I order a Beacon egg n cheese breakfast sandwhich it always has next to no Beacon on it when I order extra Beacon it's still the same way and when I went back in to talk to the manager he got an attitude with me. This place needs to retrain the cooks on what to put on the sandwhich and the manager on how to act when servicing an unhappy customer.

Workers were super nice - even gave my pup a treat! Food was good and fresh, which is always expected at Spangles. They always do it right!
Staff needs to look clean since handling food it gives a gross feeling if they have dirty long nails and look like lack of basic hygiene.

If I order a sourdough, I want it made as a sourdough. I don’t want cheddar cheese because you can’t find the Swiss. I don’t want any extra sauce on my sandwich. Horrible. Don’t even answer the phone because they probably messed up.
