A somewhat run-down and depressing Starbucks in a dying strip mall parking lot where the drive-through consumes the attention of the employees. The coffee and food were fine and the store was clean. The staff were professional. Nothing about this location positions coffee as any kind of aspirational beverage. The atmosphere is akin to a waiting room where you wait for lab test results. As if to understore my initial impression, Orkin sprayed this restaurant down for cockroaches while I was having coffee there including around trash receptables in the customer seating area. The insecticide they used smelled like a diabolical combination of petroleum distillate and neem oil. I had to throw away my coffee and leave because of the smell and how it affected my thoat. You should probably ignore this review unless you plan on sitting down. I'm sure the drive-through and order pickup are both fine.

Employee scooter parking shouldn't be front parking. Everytime I go we have to fight for parking yet the employees green moped is always parked front spot. If you afraid someone is going to steal it, park it on the sitting pad by the window.
RUDE employees! Don’t know how to treat customers! I asked for a hot white mocha and she gave it to me ICED! When I told her it was supposed to be hot , she told me I’m an idiot and a liar! This is why I go to the Starbucks in Goddard. Cleaner place, better drinks, and better baristas.

Every time I place a mobile order for this location, it’s messed up. So often they make my drink iced when I’ve not modified the drink from the original in the menu at all. Is it really that challenging to make sure you’re making the correct drink?

Made a mobile order and when we got to the window yelled at us for being there to early and then we pulled forward and the “woman” gave us our drinks very rudely and they weren’t even made right then said that we were an inconvenience and slammed the window in our faces… NEVER COME HERE TERRIBLE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE COFFEE, AND TERRIBLE SERVISE.
