Let me start by saying that the customer service is good. However, this is my second visit within the last two weeks and on each order it seems as if I’m being skimped. I ordered a Grande Peppermint Mocha and the cup didn’t feel full like it usually does. This has happened twice and I’m confused on being charged for the full amount without actually receiving the full amount. I got the same coffee for someone else and they noticed it too.

This store is always great when I visit, super friendly staff, and I love their complementary tea refills. The baristas always go above and beyond asking if I need anything as well.
