Online order. Paid extra for bacon and they put 0 pieces of bacon on the sandwich. Said the order would be ready in half an hour. I get there and they hadn’t even started the order.

Out of bread at 8pm. SmhEdit:Came in 2 days later to see if they could redeem them selves. Out of meatballs this time. At this point close this store down. Obviously the workers don't wanna be here. Worst subway ever.

4 stars to 2 stars: we came in to order just now and was told there's no bread. It's 8pm sharp and their hour is until 10pm. We could see the breads in the warmer. They were clearly cleaning up and wanted to close early. Next time, just be honest that they don't want to work for another 2 hours and put up the close sign to save people a trip.

Terrible service. I placed a mobile order for two completely different sandwiches and they made two of the same kind. The “shift lead” who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful.

WE were there " DRIVE-THRU" for 14 + minutes,Two cars in front of us, We ALL waited for service & Were all ignored & Not given the respect or be told that they were NOT going to take any orders, Image shows they were TOO busy on their CELL Phone :(IT was 9:05 when we were there ( Before their closing time )their Website shows open till 10:00 PM ( Something NOT right)

I love the staff at this subway, but I will say I have had a hard time finding a subway where I thought the staff was bad. They are hard working, make suggestions when asked, and provide excellent service. I enjoy a good sub sandwich as well.

I can't believe that subway has fallen so far. The sandwich was just not good. I'm not blaming the help, the service was good, the sandwich was made right, but the ingredients are flat, so I'm looking at the buyers as the root of the problem here. It's going to be a while before I try subway again. I went through drive through, so I'm not taking the atmosphere

While I don't mind subway, I really don't like any food place that cannot serve the food that is actually on the menu over 30 minutes before they close. No bread selection, meats missing, veggies missing and no way to discount the crappy sandwiches. I would love to see a competitor setup shop right next to this store.

They need more staff, better equipment and a leader if your headset doesn't work, why is the go to not "Pleaae pull forward and I can take your order at thw window?" Why must I now be inconvenienced with coming inside as the only option?

I have gone to this location probably 10 times so far. Sometimes things are speedy, sometimes on the slower end in terms of the time it takes to make my sandwich, but always, this establishment makes me feel like I am a valued customer and I continue coming back for that reason. The African American young man that works there has probably the best customer service I have ever had in a restaurant before!

Went thru this Subway at Harry and Webb and ordered a 6" Italian BMT on Flatbread. Had to repeat the order. Had to repeat the bread. Then was asked "On white bread??" (Wasn't aware you even have white bread.) "No, FLAT.... FLATBREAD please.""OK. And what kind of meat?""Um, I ordered Italian BMT"Ok, I got the Italian BMT...not much meat, but it's a BMT. But what part of FLATBREAD sounds anything like Italian bread????
