This is the last time I order from the Subway app I came at the time my order was supposed to be ready and the sandwich was cold. I asked the lady if she could reheat it a little bit and she just threw it in the microwave for a long time while helping someone else if I wanted to microwave it I would've done it myself. They were out of every bread except French and flatbread, even though it was 6 pm on a Friday night. They also had run out of most of the condiments and I had to wait 8 minutes in the middle of my sandwich being made for LETTUCE. When I finally got my sandwich I discovered that all of the toppings were on one side and the meat and cheese was on the other, which resulted in all of my toppings and ranch pouring out onto my nice, expensive, and dryclean only winter jacket. Seriously?
Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Subway. Very polite. Noticed that all employees were happy. My sandwich turned out yummy! I got the spicy Italian on whole wheat flat bread with all veggies, drizzled in oil and vinegar, and sprinkled with oregano and S&P.
