Staff followed food safety protocol and washed hands often. They did a great job. Management should give these guys due praise!“

Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). “It has been a good while since we have ate at Subway. So after a long day of work we wanted something fast so we used the mobile app and placed a curbside pickup order. Food was fresh and came out right at the time they said it would be ready. Very nice girl that brought out the food. No complaints! We will be back to this location again!“
“They usually get my order right at the drive thru and the guy is usually pretty nice and on point. But this last time he forgot the cookies and gave me the wrong drink. We are in a pandemic. If that was me doing his job, I would've got that right cause there are other qualified people that would do anything for a job. I mean, it's on the receipt. So I drove back, luckily nobody was in line and he admitted it and gave me the correct drink and an extra cookie. But it makes me question if they are trying to pull something to get away with making more money. Idk“

Two awesome employees that care about not just their product but most importantly the customer experience. Makes the customer service at the one we live next to at 235 south and meridian look like trash because it is!!! We decided to drive a little further for subway tonight and im glad we did. “Just ate at this location Raven had such amazing customer service despite being a little busy. She was friendly and fast. However when she needed help, RJ im assuming is his name the one male, she asked if he could finish our sandwiches....he hesitated and deemed he needed to cut bread. Priorities kid....as a person who's worked entry level positions this would have been unacceptable and would have warranted a conversation. Anyway she was very kind, helpful, and I doubt this location would run as smooth without her. Not many people have good customer service skills. She should be praised by her company as you can tell shes the type to go above and beyond for any employer she probably has.“
“My Niece and My Nephew were very near starvation and we were headed to get pizza.. On our way we passed the Subway on Central and Ridge, Wichita, and I figured a sub-sandwich was a better alternative! I am glad I made this decision! Our experience was so nice! As difficult as I made it on the workers with “special” instructions, they were most kind and most amazing! Thank You for having great service and the food was so yummy, too!

“Wanted to utilize the BOGO footlongs, so we parked right outside, opened the app, and waited for it to be ready. Service was efficient and quick, wasn't more than a 15 min wait for two sammiches.As far as the food, REALLY good. New "freshly sliced" meat procedure is noticable and very welcome.Overall, food was great, service quick and efficient (forgot "no onions" request on my wife's sub, but no biggie). Highly recommend, worth the awkward procedure to use the promo, but I understand, it's just business. Fair enough to get the free sub and only have to provide email after downloading app, can easily be deleted after if so desired, but recommend keeping for future deals.
Parking: Parking lot of in need of an extreme makeover. Wicked pothole entering lot and actual lot is worn out. Whole shopping center needs to pitch in for repavement.“

“Have stopped in a few times here. Seems the service is on point each time they get you taken care of quick and professional and kindly. They seem to always have everything ready and full when you get too the counter. Get you thru efficiently. Place is well kept and clean. Has a great atmosphere place is not very old. I normally get the salad but have gotten a sandwich also.
Parking: Have plenty of parking easy to accommodate.
Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu and highchairs for the table.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and has tables for wheelchairs.“
“The app doesn't even find this subway. The workers wouldn't help me use a coupon from the ap due to the scanner not working. Subway food tastes all the same. But the workers sometimes don't want to be there or help. Only some most of the time I have some really great costumer service.“
“There was only one young lady working at the whole store. People were driving up and coming in. I felt so bad for her, but she did an excellent job and took care of everyone without seeming flustered at all. I only gave 4 stars bc management should have done a better job staffing or come in themselves to help.“
“I can tell you that when I walked in I noticed a big difference at this location compared to other subways. The place was clean the people were friendly and the food was very delicious. When I go to Subway I usually order a specialty sandwich. I had no issues at all from the people that work there how I wanted my sub. You could tell that they were definitely customer first!“
“My second time coming into this location this time really close to closing time craving one of those subway melts but ready to get a ham and cheese. Y’all they had everything I wanted to cure my cravings, food was still fresh even tho it was so close to the time they close. “The East Central Subway is my favorite Subway in Wichita! It's clean and the food is very good for the price point. Actually, the coupons make the sandwiches a great value!
