“Came in for a sandwich I got the Hot Honey Turkey Italian for dinner and Corbin did an amazing job making my sandwich and he got all the ingredients right and he was just pleasant to work with and yeah, this is what customer services thank you, Corbin!“

“The East Central Subway is my favorite Subway in Wichita! It's clean and the food is very good for the price point. Actually, the coupons make the sandwiches a great value!

The best part of this location is the employees. I especially want to give a shout-out to Heather, she's exceptional. She has a kind spirit and always seeks to serve her customers!“

“They were insanely busy with a big order placed before I got there. Then even more people got there after me. They worked extremely hard to get everything done properly and cleanly. Staff followed food safety protocol and washed hands often. They did a great job. Management should give these guys due praise!“

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to Cinderella and RJ. They were very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was extremely clean and well organized, and the veggies were fresh, neatly cut, and beautifully arranged. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer service.“

“Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).“

“My team and I eat here at least once a month, we have work right up the road so it is super convenient, its definitely a hidden gem so its not crazy busy. We watch planes land while we eat and you just never know who you'll see. The food is great, the team is friendly and you can't beat the scenery!“

“I started coming at this Subway about a year ago and have not been disappointed at all with the quality of the food. They have a great crew here who are friendly and pay extra special attention to cleanliness and other hygiene practices when preparing food. No cross contamination issues that I saw while they were preparing my food.“

“We hadn’t been to Subway in quite awhile and Elijah was so patient and kind with my kiddos while they tried to figure out what they wanted. I appreciated that he took the time to get everything right and not just rush us out of there as other customers were coming in. We will be back again soon!“

“Just ate at this location Raven had such amazing customer service despite being a little busy. She was friendly and fast. However when she needed help, RJ im assuming is his name the one male, she asked if he could finish our sandwiches....he hesitated and deemed he needed to cut bread. Priorities kid....as a person who's worked entry level positions this would have been unacceptable and would have warranted a conversation. Anyway she was very kind, helpful, and I doubt this location would run as smooth without her. Not many people have good customer service skills. She should be praised by her company as you can tell shes the type to go above and beyond for any employer she probably has.“

She was very friendly and helpful with her knowledge of the food . We have been to this location several times and she is always with a smiling face and all around great attitude. our family gives her more than 5 stars...“

“Everything was very awesome and the worker was super nice!! I don't usually go to Subway so I forget to ask about certain things like salt and pepper or having multiple sauces/dressings but they asked to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted and I really appreciate it :)“

“My Niece and My Nephew were very near starvation and we were headed to get pizza.. On our way we passed the Subway on Central and Ridge, Wichita, and I figured a sub-sandwich was a better alternative! I am glad I made this decision! Our experience was so nice! As difficult as I made it on the workers with “special” instructions, they were most kind and most amazing! Thank You for having great service and the food was so yummy, too!

“Dakota and raven, wow. They were smiling and laughing with me and girlfriend while they made the food. This is how the subway experience should be. Two awesome employees that care about not just their product but most importantly the customer experience. Makes the customer service at the one we live next to at 235 south and meridian look like trash because it is!!! We decided to drive a little further for subway tonight and im glad we did. “Have stopped in a few times here. Seems the service is on point each time they get you taken care of quick and professional and kindly. They seem to always have everything ready and full when you get too the counter. Get you thru efficiently. Place is well kept and clean. Has a great atmosphere place is not very old. I normally get the salad but have gotten a sandwich also.

Parking: Have plenty of parking easy to accommodate.

Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu and highchairs for the table.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and has tables for wheelchairs.“

“It was clean, the gentleman who just made my sandwich was very kind and very good at his job. I heard the worker having to deal with a NASTY customer in the drive through. You don't pay those people enough to deal with the entitled wichita trash they have to deal with every day, trust me. But you have a great employee, give him a pay increase! Thanks for the sandwich“

“They usually get my order right at the drive thru and the guy is usually pretty nice and on point. But this last time he forgot the cookies and gave me the wrong drink. We are in a pandemic. If that was me doing his job, I would've got that right cause there are other qualified people that would do anything for a job. I mean, it's on the receipt. So I drove back, luckily nobody was in line and he admitted it and gave me the correct drink and an extra cookie. But it makes me question if they are trying to pull something to get away with making more money. Idk“

“My second time coming into this location this time really close to closing time craving one of those subway melts but ready to get a ham and cheese. Y’all they had everything I wanted to cure my cravings, food was still fresh even tho it was so close to the time they close. Staff was very inviting and made the experience amazing for the second time, store was clean, line was clean, and all options such as chips, drinks, condiments were easily accessible . Will be back and will recomend to others!!!“

“There was only one young lady working at the whole store. People were driving up and coming in. I felt so bad for her, but she did an excellent job and took care of everyone without seeming flustered at all. I only gave 4 stars bc management should have done a better job staffing or come in themselves to help.“
