“They were insanely busy with a big order placed before I got there. Then even more people got there after me. They worked extremely hard to get everything done properly and cleanly. Staff followed food safety protocol and washed hands often. They did a great job. Management should give these guys due praise!“

“Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).“

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to Cinderella and RJ. They were very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was extremely clean and well organized, and the veggies were fresh, neatly cut, and beautifully arranged. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer service.“

“Two employees working during lunch hour and they definitely deserve a big raise! Handled the rush of online orders, drive thru orders and walk in orders. We did have to wait a little longer for our online order but food was delicious. I just want to shout out the employees for being amazing!“

She was extremely busy with online orders coming in back-to-back with several people waiting instore. I could tell she was feeling the pressure, but she kept her cool, stayed professional and very kind! We gladly waited a little over 30 mins because of her customer service. “My Niece and My Nephew were very near starvation and we were headed to get pizza.. On our way we passed the Subway on Central and Ridge, Wichita, and I figured a sub-sandwich was a better alternative! I am glad I made this decision! Our experience was so nice! As difficult as I made it on the workers with “special” instructions, they were most kind and most amazing! Thank You for having great service and the food was so yummy, too!

Two awesome employees that care about not just their product but most importantly the customer experience. Makes the customer service at the one we live next to at 235 south and meridian look like trash because it is!!! We decided to drive a little further for subway tonight and im glad we did. “Raven & Allie were awesome! They'd gotten a huge online order just before I got there & were working on that. They greeted my party, let us know they'd be with us as soon as the online order was done. They worked quickly & were soon taking my order with only a short wait.
My party's sandwiches were great! Did not seem like they were made in a rush, nor did we feel rushed. Raven & Allie communicated really well during the whole process. Raven even helped try to figure out why the Dr Pepper was off, tho it was not able to be fixed right then, but said she'd contact their supplier; I was happy enough to drink something else.“

“Wanted to utilize the BOGO footlongs, so we parked right outside, opened the app, and waited for it to be ready. Service was efficient and quick, wasn't more than a 15 min wait for two sammiches.As far as the food, REALLY good. New "freshly sliced" meat procedure is noticable and very welcome.Overall, food was great, service quick and efficient (forgot "no onions" request on my wife's sub, but no biggie). Highly recommend, worth the awkward procedure to use the promo, but I understand, it's just business. Fair enough to get the free sub and only have to provide email after downloading app, can easily be deleted after if so desired, but recommend keeping for future deals.

Parking: Parking lot of in need of an extreme makeover. Wicked pothole entering lot and actual lot is worn out. Whole shopping center needs to pitch in for repavement.“

“It has been a good while since we have ate at Subway. So after a long day of work we wanted something fast so we used the mobile app and placed a curbside pickup order. Food was fresh and came out right at the time they said it would be ready. Very nice girl that brought out the food. No complaints! We will be back to this location again!“

“I'm editing my review based on a visit here this past week. I ordered their new foot-long nachos. Subway's way or the highway? To my amazement, the guy fixing the bowl wouldn't allow me to substitute banana peppers for jalapeño peppers or ranch dressing for chipotle dressing. And the terse way he let me know there was no substitutions. I couldn't believe it, but I considered the server, and I am hoping he can get a little more training... unless this is Subway's new direction.
Subway is in a kind of a quiet neighborhood. Same excellent food, and it's great to get in and out without having to wait behind a ton of people.“

“It was clean, the gentleman who just made my sandwich was very kind and very good at his job. I heard the worker having to deal with a NASTY customer in the drive through. You don't pay those people enough to deal with the entitled wichita trash they have to deal with every day, trust me. But you have a great employee, give him a pay increase! Thanks for the sandwich“

“There was only one young lady working at the whole store. People were driving up and coming in. I felt so bad for her, but she did an excellent job and took care of everyone without seeming flustered at all. I only gave 4 stars bc management should have done a better job staffing or come in themselves to help.“

“Have stopped in a few times here. Seems the service is on point each time they get you taken care of quick and professional and kindly. They seem to always have everything ready and full when you get too the counter. Get you thru efficiently. Place is well kept and clean. Has a great atmosphere place is not very old. I normally get the salad but have gotten a sandwich also.

Parking: Have plenty of parking easy to accommodate.

Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu and highchairs for the table.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and has tables for wheelchairs.“

“Had the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my entire life and it was made at this location. They had a sign outside that said they might be short staffed, which they were, only one guy was working. There were 3 people in front of me and one ordered like 8 sandwiches to-go. Not to mention there were 4 people who came in after me. This whole time the worker remained so calm and friendly and made the sandwiches super fast and like I said, absolutely delicious. Didn’t get the workers name but he had a lip piercing and stretched ears (gauges). I’ve had some seriously horrible experiences with subways before if I’m being honest, but looks like this location will be my go to.“

“It was fine, I got the Italian sub, I'm my opinion they don't have much of a selection, especially since getting rid of the chicken patty but service was good even tho they initially had only one server, store was clean & quiet.“

“They usually get my order right at the drive thru and the guy is usually pretty nice and on point. But this last time he forgot the cookies and gave me the wrong drink. We are in a pandemic. If that was me doing his job, I would've got that right cause there are other qualified people that would do anything for a job. I mean, it's on the receipt. So I drove back, luckily nobody was in line and he admitted it and gave me the correct drink and an extra cookie. But it makes me question if they are trying to pull something to get away with making more money. Idk“

“I can tell you that when I walked in I noticed a big difference at this location compared to other subways. The place was clean the people were friendly and the food was very delicious. When I go to Subway I usually order a specialty sandwich. I had no issues at all from the people that work there how I wanted my sub. You could tell that they were definitely customer first!“

“Subway recently introduced Dippers to the menu (June 18), I've wanted to try them since the debut, and yesterday, I went for it.

A toasted wrap, Dippers are rolled in two 6" pieces of Lavash style flatbread. There are three options with the Dippers:

Pepperoni & Cheese
Chicken & Cheese
Double Cheese
Subway Dippers

All Dippers were nicely toasted, with melty cheese.
Complimenting the Dippers are Subway's lineup of ten dipping sauces, such as Peppercorn Ranch, Roasted Garlic Aioli, Creamy Sriracha, and more.

I ordered all three Dipper flavors, it wouldn't be a proper review if I didn't. The wraps are simple and straightforward: pepperoni slices or chicken strips paired with melty American cheese, and the Double cheese is American and Monterey Cheddar. I chose the Peppercorn Ranch as my dipping sauce. What savory snack doesn't go with Ranch, right?

My Dippers were nicely toasted, with a good cheese melt. The pepperoni was decently spiced, but the chicken strips were tender, yet a bit underseasoned. The Double Cheese Dippers combo is a good cheese pairing. A tad dry on their own, a dipping sauce is recommended. The Peppercorn Ranch was a safe choice in sampling these for the first time, so it will be fun to change things up with my next order. The pepperoni was my favorite, followed by the chicken, then the double cheese, but coupled with the dipping sauce, they're all flavorful.

Costing me just under $10 for six Dippers, I'm giving Subway's new menu item 4 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap Stars. A single order makes for a great snack, a double or triple order makes for a meal, and at just $3 for two 6" wraps, they're VERY reasonably priced. They are repeat buy-worthy, satisfying, and cheap eats perfect for on-the-go snacking.
