Subway serves a variety of sandwiches, including the cold teriyaki chicken sub. However, customers have reported issues with the quality of their meals, including old bread, hard bread that's difficult to bite, and overpriced drinks. Some sandwiches have been described as "so-so" and the service has been subpar, even when the restaurant is not busy.
