The bread has not been particularly fresh when I’ve been to this location. They also seem to be out of various other menu items (sides, drinks, special items, etc) and the staff has been inattentive and generally over it.

Ordered online again. Parked outside and let them know I was there. After waiting fifteen minutes, I again had to go inside and get my sandwich. There wasn't a single customer inside. Oh, my sandwich was ready, they just couldn't bring themselves to bring it out to me. Me thinks I am done with using their app and trying to pick it up.

Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).
