I ordered two subs from this place. I specifically asked not to put five items on the sub. Instead they put ONLY those five items on and not the stuff I asked for. When I contacted them because I can't eat one of these items they basically told me to bad. I had the receipt, time, order, order number, and even knew what the guy at the window looked like.

unsure why i need to listen to ALL PROMPS before making a selection. You don't select catering and then the second recording mentions catering again. ghetto phone service. if you press zero it hangs up on you after saying it will connect you. prices almost double what they once were for footlong but no added value, no new options, only new more expensive prices and they want a tip? umm did you bring it to my table? did you deliver it? did you do anything to warrant a tip other than your standard job that I took my time to go visit and select. My tip for you is either fix your app and phone service, or pay your folks enough based on your increased prices to not ask for a tip when nothing was done to warrant one

Definitely an improvement from the store down the street at Rock and Harry that can't even keep baked bread stocked up. My go to subway even though the other store is closer. I had no problem here and the service was not bad.

i don’t see why anyone would go to subway when a single sandwich costs $10-13 when firehouse/ jersey mikes has the sandwich, chips, and drink for $12. when i got there the place was DEAD and probably for a good reason. i will never get subway ever again in my life. the sandwich was horrible i couldn’t even finish it.

Ordered delivery and didn't get what we ordered and was told there was nothing that they could do. Asked to speak to the manager and they were gone. I was hung up on and the employee would not give me her name. Would avoid 3301 E Harry subway
Went to pick up my order, was told upon arrival they had no bread, all they had was flat bread, and this was at 7pm, so I told them ok to the flat bread, get home after they made it, wasn't even toasted
