Terrible customer service, I got a single wrap and the people in line behind me had three sandwiches made before they did anything other than put cheese on my wrap. The guy working was incredibly rude. I got out of line and went to Taco Bell.

I apologize for the review your about to read but in all my time of eating at subway this had to be the worst experience.Let's start off shall we.I walk in the establishment to get my lunch, as I walk up to the counter the first thing I saw was a Cockroach walking as casual as can be across the top of the menu board on the wall headed for the corner where there appeared to be some sort of security device pointing downward. It stopped and just hung out like nobody's business. I told the employee who was taking my order that it picked a hell of time to make it's appearance and she said what and I pointed up to the nasty critter still sitting there. The look on her face was enough to know that she was concerned and had immediately tried to gain the attention of either a store manager or district manager who was on her phone at one of the tables just yapping away to someone. Of course this person just sat there ignoring the employee trying very nicely to draw her attention to the fact a customer had just made the employee aware that a nasty cockroach was present and that a paying customer was addressing an issue. Believe it or not I was ready to just walk out never to return again but I didn't. In fact I went ahead and ordered my usual sandwich all along having this sick feeling in my stomach as I paid for my order. To say the least I could not enjoy my lunch that I so much had been craving for.There is more to the story but not for here.I not once received any type of apology, or still do not know if the issue was addressed. This occurred on 9-19-2023 @ or around 2:00 pmMaybe this was just an isolated incident maybe it wasn't but I will not return to that store location at 3301 E Harry, Wichita Ks or maybe any subway for that matter for a long time.

Soooo after reading all the reviews on here about this store, I wish I would have checked before I went there. The staff was rude and when we noticed our sandwich had cold bacon on it, I was told that they don't have to cook the bacon because it was already pre cooked. I then asked but aren't u supose to atleast heat it up? I was told over and over again that it's pre cooked and that if I wanted to, I could deal with corporate about it, and hung up on me. Plenty of other stores to go to, I won't beback to this ONE EVER AGAIN!!! I wish this review would be noticed and delt with, but after seeing the other reviews, I can tell that no one cares up there. Good luck

I do not recommend going to this subway for anything this is the 2nd time they have messed up my sandwich and when I called them to say hey you messed up on my sub the lady really got very rude with me and called me a liar and then said I can call her manager toys oh you best believe I will be calling her manager tomorrow because that was completely unacceptable DO NOT EAT HERE unless your there watching them make your food I ordered on the app and WILL NEVER pick up from this store again!!!!

So I come to this Subway pretty regularly, I came today and when I told the lady I wanted extra black olives she responded we can only do one handful cuz we're getting more strict. At which time I responded well I won't be coming to this Subway anymore at which time the I guess manager responded everybody says that and they still come back. Extremely unprofessional and for the record I definitely won't be back to the store.

It was fine, I got the Italian sub, I'm my opinion they don't have much of a selection, especially since getting rid of the chicken patty but service was good even tho they initially had only one server, store was clean & quiet.
