Placed an order and they decided not to call me and have me go all the way there to tell me there is no bread. You have my number why didn’t you call me. You continue making that minimum wage with poor work conditions, you all deserve.

I love their Philly cheese steak. So good. I always put everything on mine, and this location is never skimpy on the vegetables or peppers. Staff is always friendly also.
The worst Subway in town. We will not eat from this location anymore. The bread is always hard, we usually do online ordering then pick up or have delivered and the order is wrong every single time! They always give the wrong bread or leave off toppings and they barely put any toppings on. Don't waist your money the location on Meridian near 235 is better! They also never participate in any of the Subway deals.

Just tried to come in for lunch and needed to use the restroom and wash my hands before I ordered. The young black female employee didn’t care and told she needs some money before I can use the restroom. Be the last time I ever try to come eat here
There is a sign on the door that states you have to pay for something to use it. My daughter and I walked in planning on getting food but there was a line. I asked if I could use the bathroom while we waited for food and was told no I had to spend money before being able to use the bathroom. I understand the why behind doing this but we were clearly getting food it wouldn’t have been unreasonable to allow bathroom use prior to paying for food. I have worked in customer service for over 21 years, never have I heard of a “policy” stating you must buy food before being allowed to use the bathroom that’s a preference and I certainly as a manager in customer service would have preferred a good review over a bad one based solely on a location specific preference. I will drive out of my way to visit a different location next time.

Vegetable were old. Lettuce was brown, tomato were soggy and old. I even said something about how they look. However associate did great on greeting and on their overall service.

Went there Friday night about 6pm. The store wasn't busy. Clerk didn't even acknowledge me for the 5-10 minutes I was there waiting for my order to be taken. I left and went to another business. I wouldn't recommend going to this particular Subway if you are a black person.

I keep trying, and I guess that's my fault. Do not order from this one via their app. It's never right, even though I look and confirm that what I ordered was WHAT I WANTED! This time it was the use of bread with cheese on it. We are a vegan home due to Alpha Gal Syndrome in my husband. No meat and no dairy! So I make sure to order accordingly. Veggie sandwiches, no dressings, no cheese, on Italian or multi grain bread. The types of veggies and breads are different for each (3) sandwich but EVERY time we recieve different breads and ALL veggies on each sub. Pretty lazy IMO. I'm not so mad when all veggies are on each sub, as we can pick what we dont want off. We cannot, however, pick off cheese from the breads, as it's baked on. If you run out of Italian, please sub multigrain bread, since I didn't order any cheese on the sandwichs to begin with. We walk, and have very few options around here to begin with, so this is starting to get beyond frustrating. I cannot provide feedback in the app, so maybe this will be seen and better attention will be paid to online orders. We haven't had cheese for going on 3 years now. I love cheese, but consuming it will land me in the hospital at this point and could very well kill my husband. We aren't vegan due to anything but circumstances. What I order is what I want and I don't feel that's too much to request. We don't try to cause issues and just want what we requested, like we would get if we just went in there to order. We would order in store every time, but some of your deals are only available via the Subway app.
