Taco Bell in Wichita continues to disappoint. Went through the drive thru at 8pm on a Tuesday night. No one in the line, and noticed the cashier hanging out of the window as we pulled in. Ordered 2 drinks, 11 food items, and finished the order with requesting fire and hot sauce. Got the order and they did not put sauce in, so we had to request that. Then the line had 4 additional cars behind us, didn’t have time to check the bag/order. Got home, and of course, a food item is missing! Call them, and they seriously have nothing to offer except for you to inconvenience yourself to go all the way back to pick up your order (or save for another day). Absolutely ridiculous. There’s no professionalism (yes, I know it’s fast food) or even the slightest gesture to apologize for their mistakes. It’s definitely the food that keeps me going on rare occasions now, not the service.

So I went to the drive-through and got myself a number 16 breakfast steak crunch wrap with easy egg with a hash brown instead of a Cinnabon with an extra hash brown on the side so I get to the window and pay for it and then told that they only have one hash brown, and then I had to wait to find out they have no hashbrowns so I have One crunch wrap and no Hashbrowns instead they gave me a small half filled fry and on top of that they didn’t even give me my drink. I had to come all the way back. I paid like $10 to get A crunch wrap and nothing else And only to Be given half my order By the way, the picture is what I received

I dont understand the bad reviews. I went at 3 different times on different days and I never once had a problem with the workers or with my food.
I wait for 1 hour to pick up and order and they ignore me for 30 minutes then the lady said “ working on it “ then and hour later “ someone else pick up that order

I've called at least a 100 times over the last 45 minutes.Because I didn't get one single packet of sauce and who in their right mind orders a party pack of tacos without any sauce.But this girl that's working There wants to act like she doesn't have a job to do. And instead of doing her job wants to hang up on somebody who is calling back-to-back for 45 minutes straight. Well, honey, I'll be in very soon to contact your supervisor. You should learn better customer service.
I got chips and cheese and i didn't get chips, what i got was a bag full of crumbs, my tacos had what looked like 5 strands of lettuce, it was beyond skimpy. Moving locations definitely did not change the way this taco bell serves their customers. I thought giving them a try at their new location would make a difference, nope, it sure didn't. So sad that they cant even get it right with just myself in the drive thru cuz they definitely werent busy

I used 4 promo slips for free soft tacos and they said it can only use one at a time but then said that I could drive around four times but after the second time I was chuckling & was like I'll just take two and I apologize... she said it's all good we'll give it to you this time but in the future you got to have either three other people with you or only use one I said I apologize I didn't realize that, they gave me four so I thought I could use 4. We both had a good little laugh over it....

This was my 1st time going inside. I decided to order from kiosk since the young man was too busy cleaning. I received my food and it was poorly made. I ordered the 3 hard shell tacos with a drink. One of the tacos was decently made while the other two barely had anything on them. I took pictures of them.
