Pro 5-Star Tip… PLEASE train/remind your staff to put all the necessary and applicable things needed to eat a meal in the bag (e.g. napkins, silverware, etc.) This is the third time I’ve ordered a nacho type item and was left to messy finger my way thought it. A fork is a purely essential item — not everyone is taking their food home.
(I took away a star for each time this has happened to me at this exact location…)

The counter staff are so rude and no one wants to help you. All they say is use the kiosk. We were trying to order my food without shells since I can’t have them to avoid my blood sugar from spiking as I tried to explain that she rolled her eyes and said ok how can I help you sir in a very smart ass attitude. If you can go to any other Taco Bell it will be worth your time. Don F

i ordered items and never received them plus my hard tacos were very hard and cut the roof of my mouth . I never got my cinnamon twists , nore did i receive my drink .

I go here about 3 times a week, to get 1 taco. They are the best tacos every single time, and the folks working hard there always give me a kind smile even when I pay in change. I have nothing but wonderful feelings toward this Taco Bell, even though I stopped eating from the franchise due to the awful food and service at various other places. I hope people will also keep in mind that bathrooms at such busy places can quickly appear unclean due to just a couple of customers who disregard proper public hygiene.
